- Complete Contents: All original accessories, manuals, complementary gifts, and labeling must be included within the return parcel.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Label: Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid, trackable return shipping label. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Important Liability Notice: Should you elect to return the item utilizing a third-party carrier independent of our provided shipping label, we absolve ourselves of liability for any loss, damage, or customs assessments incurred during transit.
Shipping Deadline
Upon receipt of the return shipping label, the item must be dispatched within 7 business days, accompanied by uploaded proof of shipment. Return requests lacking documented shipment within this timeframe will be subject to automatic cancellation.
Inspection & Refund Process
Following the arrival of your return at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will conduct a comprehensive inspection within 3 to 5 business days. Provided no discrepancies are identified, a refund will be authorized and credited back to your original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
For clarity, the following conditions render an item entirely ineligible for a return:

- Destroy the Defective Unit: Upon explicit approval from our team, record a secondary video documenting the definitive destruction or disposal of the defective product, verifying its inability to be resold or reused.
- Submit Proof of Destruction: Remit the destruction video to our team as final corroboration.
- Dispatch of Replacement: Following the verification of both videos, a brand-new replacement unit will be dispatched at no supplementary cost to you. All associated shipping fees will be fully covered by our store.
Note: This process eliminates the need to ship the defective item back, saving you time and avoiding return shipping inconveniences.
