Data Deletion Instructions
GapaSea respects your privacy. If you have connected a Facebook or Instagram account to GapaSea — for example by logging in with Facebook, interacting with our Facebook Page, or engaging with our ads — you may request deletion of any personal data we have received from Meta in connection with those activities.
What data we may hold
- Basic profile information you authorized us to access (e.g. name, public profile, email)
- Facebook or Instagram account or Page identifiers linked to your interactions with GapaSea
- Ad and event data (such as clicks, page views, or purchase events) tied to your interactions with our Meta campaigns
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@gapasea.com from the email address associated with your Meta account.
- Use the subject line: Meta Data Deletion Request.
- Include your Facebook or Instagram username, and (if applicable) the Page name connected to GapaSea.
- Optionally, specify which categories of data you would like removed.
Response timeline
We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete deletion of the relevant data within 30 days, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and applicable privacy laws.
Revoking app access
You can disconnect GapaSea from your Facebook account at any time:
Facebook Settings → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → Remove GapaSea.
