Order Processing Time

Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

To provide a seamless international shopping experience, all cross-border orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

This means that all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are fully covered by our store. You will not be subject to any unexpected or supplementary charges upon the delivery of your package.


Order Tracking

Upon the dispatch of your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to populate and become active within the carrier's system.


Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is entirely accurate and complete.

We absolve ourselves of liability for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned to our facility as "undeliverable" due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Should a package be returned to us for this reason, the customer will be responsible for bearing any associated reshipment costs.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Our liability for the safe transit of your order concludes once the designated courier marks the shipment as "Delivered." If your tracking information indicates successful delivery but you are unable to locate your package, we strongly recommend taking the following steps:

  • Thoroughly inspect the perimeter of your property and inquire with immediate neighbors.
  • Contact the delivery carrier directly to initiate a formal trace or file a missing package claim.

Damaged Packages:

If your order arrives with visible external damage sustained during transit, please retain all original packaging materials, boxes, and shipping labels. These items are strictly required as evidence when formally filing a damage claim with the carrier.
